Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use via Contact.
Listings and content
You represent that listing information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have rights to market the property. We may moderate, remove, or demote content that violates law, these terms, or quality rules.
Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresentation, fraud, or impersonation.
- Scraping or excessive automated access without permission.
- Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Harassment of users or staff.
Monetization & promotions
Featured or sponsored placements are disclosed where required. Fees, packages, and campaign rules are as stated at purchase or in the panel.
Third parties
Maps, OAuth providers, payment gateways, and chat widgets are third-party services governed by their terms.
Disclaimer
Listings are provided by users and builders. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Property decisions are yours; verify RERA, title, and finances independently.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newabodes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Total liability for any claim should be capped at amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing law
Specify your jurisdiction with counsel (e.g. courts in Hyderabad, India) before enterprise contracts.
